Our check in at the airport was not as smooth as I had hoped, they needed to check out visas for Azerbaijan which were dated 11.08.2026 the following day, they figure out eventually that we would actually be arriving the following day so they issued our boarding passes and we proceeded to security.
Once in the airport I ordered whiskey and wine just one drink before joining the long queue for passport control. They announced that the flight would be delayed so I was slightly nervous given that we had a connecting flight ahead of us.
We boarded a nice big Airbus plane!
