Cork, Ireland - Day 2 - 24th February 2024

Excellent veggie breakfast

I was hungover, so I needed an egg breakfast. We were recommended the place directly opposite. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast with eggs, beans, mushrooms, halloumi and spinach, Stanislav had scrambled eggs and also American style pancakes with ample syrup.

Having coffee together

After breakfast we weren't waiting long before the bus came for Cork city. Once in Cork we had coffee together and I met with my Turkish Instagram friend Oğuz and his Japanese friend. As my camera bag had broken, I bought a new Camera bag, in a shape which was 200 M away. We then made our way to our accommodation.

Cheeses at the Enlish market

As our place was close to UCC we did some exploring of the University campus and headed into the city. We bought postcards and visited the English market. Sorry folks, I was not blown away by the English market, I have seen much bigger and nicer places. It is not bad, but a little over-hyped.

Proper pizza

We had a couple of drinks in a gay bar called "Vibe" a beautiful and friendly place. Afterwards we had typical Neapolitan pizza which I washed down with Aperol Spritz. I was so full and tired we had an early night.
