Early morning view

I woke up feeling a bit fuzzy after the previous night. Again a mix of cockerels, dogs and mosques. The cleaning lady arrived and made us coffee. The we ventured outside we tried to find the bus. There was no bus station. We stood in front of the mosque, then all these taxi drivers arrived, taxi, taxi, taxi 10 euros, taxi 9 euros, taxi, taxi, taxi.

Eventually a bus came and we got on with the Italian speaking Swiss guy from Ticino and his wife from Gouda. The bus journey to Podgorica was around 2 hours.

Bridge in Podgorica

On the way we passed lots of vineyards and huge villas. Finally we arrived in Podgorica we used Google maps to find the accommodation. We then did a bit of exploring and bought some postcards. There wasn't so much here, a small stone bridge and the ruins of a castle. We also so a smaller version of the Erasmus bridge which I believe is called the "Millennium bridge". We then made our way home and stopped for a quick drink close to our place. Back "home" I had a yoghurt and hit the bed.
