Breakfast together with snotty eggs

I woke up at 03:00 and found it hard to sleep again. Sometime around 08:30 I made my way to "L'Oeufrier" and ordered fired eggs with fried potatoes. It turned out that the eggs were undercooked and snotty. Of course you got an infinite amount of coffee if you wanted.

Marjana, Goran and Stanislav

After coffee I headed to Goran's place wshere we chatted for a bit over coffee. It turned out to be a beautiful sunny day, and I ended up stripping off my jumper and shirt and carried my heavy coat in my hand. We tralled by metro and then by foot.

An example of the old town

Our first stop was the old town where we bought postcards and wrote them while I sipped a Canadian white wine and Stanislav had a beer. Next we headed downtown in search of a bank machine amid all of the skyscrapers and bank buildings.

Excellent Quiche to be had at Sation Berri!

After a long walk, we made our way back to station "Berri" where we had a lovely quiche after which we went to bar "Le Date". Stanislav left and I ended ip chatting to an older man who complimented me on my French and bought me a whiskey, which is treated as a shot drink here!

Downtown Montréal

I also spoke to a more interesting people, including a Russian poet and a Jewish jeweller before heading to bed.
