My rental appartment

In the morning I made my way to L'Oeufrier and just as I was about to order Goran texted saying that breakfast was ready. I had to apologise to teh server and left. When i arrived he had prepared some excellent Bosnian spinach and cheese pita along with plenty of coffee.

Two books from Québec

After coffee our first stop was Mont Royal, we didn't walk up to the summit, but we explored the street where I visited a bookshop and bought another French language book. We re-entered the metro where we travelled to Jean Talon market where we explored for a bit. We ate smoki, Bosnian snacks then I ordered Italian coffee for us. I briefly explored a wonderful cheese shop before we headed onwards towards the Gay Village again. I had a couple of wines, read a book for a bit then headed off to meet Antonella.

Bar "Le Date" my last visit

I arrived early and just as I was sitting down, Antonella came in. Although we never met in person, it was as if we knew each other forever. We both ordered calamari, and she opened a wonderful bottle of Italian red which we both enjoyed while chatting about life, the universe, Canada and Italy as well as previous lives. We were given a surprise dish of ravioli but it had meat in it so I just ate the mushrooms. The main dish was a tagliatelle with fresh mushrooms and the dessert was a sort of deconstructed cheescake. We can actually make "virtual friends" and it can spill over into real life. It was so wonderful to meet in person.

Antonella and I

We talked and talked, before deciding to finally leave the restaurant before she dropped me back to the Village. I had considered going for a drink but I was too full from wonderful Italian food.
