Normandie

I packed up my last things, said goodbye to Sébastien's mother who also called me lazy and we drove to the white cliffs of Normandy. We stopped in Saint Aubin Sur Mer, where I go t to try my school French.

I had a wonderful time experiencing my first cheese fondue with his friends but unfortunately my months travel caught up with me and I fell asleep at the table.

On the 15th of September we had a quick tour of Dieppe and saw more war damage from the 1940s, before getting the train to Le Havre and returning to Ireland by boat.
