Bookstore/Café Iða Zimsen

After waking up and having breakfast, we hung around for a bit. Eventually, I went for a walk and bought a book on Norse legends. I continued and found another bookstore, which also served coffee and cakes, so I had a cappuccino. I finished the coffee and wandered around listlessly before retunring to read for a bit.

Chili sin carne at Mamma Reykjavik

Around 17:00 and we went out to look for a restaurant. We found a candidate fairly quickly, a place called "Mamma Reykjavik" where I ordered chilli sin carne and Stanislav had dahl. The place had a very relaxing vibe indeed. We also ordered this alledged hallucinogenic cacao drink, but it didnt have any effect.

Hús máls og menningar

We went on to "our" bookstore/pub and our Romanian hippy friend was there again. I also spoke to some Italians from Genova. Two women who were married and from Newcastle had a chat with us before Mark my colleague from Delft came in with hsi wife for a drink.

We continued for a bit and ended up in the "Drunk Rabbit" again and spoke Croatian/Serbian to the security guard. A customer overheard us speaking and ended up taking us to another bar to drink some more. It got very late, but we had a late check out!
