Hungover from the wine tasting, I still wanted to go to the Gaeilge table, which meant missing a second presentation from Richard Simcott. But I did proudly make it to the Gaeilge table. We had Anna from Poland, Marcel from Brazil, Heiner from Germany and a Chinese guy who was live streaming our talk all the way to Japan! We lasted 30 minutes before we ran out of things to say and I moved to the Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian tabel but also left that table early.

My brain was buzzing with different languages, so I took a break before going to the language quiz sponsored by uTalk. I didn't do particularly well except that I got the answer for "nose" in Scots Gàidhlig correct as it is the same in Irish! I stayed in the same room for the talent contest, there was then Italian guy who was doing different accents then some musicians, but I also left early. Again the weather was bad so I just went to building X where I hung out with Richard Simcott and some other people, realising that none of use was actually still living in our country of origin anymore!

Me and Richard Simcott and some others walked to the Bobby Hall where we were expected for the speakers dinner, we were met my Tim Keeley at the door and we were ushered into the main dining area. I looked at my ticket and realised what I had done, I had taught some people Irish, I was feeling a bit of a fraud but remembered what Tomás said, a native Irish speaker "Irish is making a huge come back, and you are at the front line" where I ended up with Giulia the Irish/Italian and some Euskara, Spanish and one French girl. The food was fantastic and the company was gold and the hour passed by very quickly before we were ushered into the night club area for the closing ceremony.

I drank the wine freely and took pictures and selfies, realising it was goodbye time. I felt a true connection to everyone in that room.
